Job Summary:

The College of Public Health is seeking a Recruiting and Admissions Coordinator to lead all recruiting efforts for the college, including communication with prospective students and management of its student ambassador program. The coordinator will develop, implement and manage an integrated approach to admissions across multiple degree programs and provide support for the Admissions and Student Affairs Committee. The position will implement scholarship processes for disbursement and provide counseling to students on financial aid. The coordinator will lead new student orientation for all graduate programs and provide support for other student events in the college.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:

SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access), Database experience and Internet. Must have attention to detail, planning, strong oral and written communication as well as organization skills.

Preferred Education/Experience:

Driver’s license preferred.
