Job Description:

ECU Department of Family Medicine is seeking student workers to assist with screening patients and visitors at the front entrances of the Family Medicine Center. Duties include asking patients and visitors a series of health related questions, taking temperatures using non-contact infrared thermometers, providing facial covering (masks) to patients based on established protocols, and notifying clinical staff (nursing) of positive screenings or questions. Students will be issued masks and glove to wear during work hours. The screening service is provided during operational hours of 7:30-5:00. Students will be scheduled to work in shifts during these hours.

Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.):

Public health, pre-med
