Position Description:
Under the direction of the Director, Leadership and Annual Giving, oversee reunion gift campaigns for UCLA Anderson's 37,000 alumni.

Develop fundraising goals and strategies to realize both leadership gifts and extensive class participation across degree programs; recruit, train and manage reunion gift volunteers.

Manage a portfolio of current and upcoming reunion donor prospects. Develop discovery, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship strategies, completing 75 visits and 100 solicitations annually. Develop strong, collegial and effective working relationships with the associate deans, development and alumni relations team members, faculty and key UCLA Anderson staff to manage solicitation and recruitment strategies for donor prospects.

Serve as an important intermediary between the alumni relations and development staffs as needed to ensure that reunion giving and associated alumni-focused development programs are conducted and coordinated in a high-quality, highly personalized manner.

Travel is expected to meet with donor prospects and volunteers. Contribute to the broader mission of the Office of Development and work to coordinate external activities in conjunction with the mission of the Office of Alumni Relations.

In 15 of the 16 medical specialty areas examined, UCLA Medical Center ranked in the top 20.
