Physical Requirements:

Lifting of objects up to 20 lbs. Sitting for long periods of time. Attend meeting across campus at various locations. Effectively communicating and building relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds and varied professional levels.

Shift:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 am through 5:00 pm, with additional hours required as needed.

Job Summary:

Function as a Compensation Consultant by partnering with healthcare managers to develop strategic organizational structures, including re-organizations; develop and monitor metrics for organizational success and recommend improvements; perform forecasting/projections to identify future needs; partner/collaborate to determine the best job classification for positions; participate in collaboration with Employment Department; deliver user-friendly training in position description writing and compliance. Participate in departmental organizational improvement activities. Ensure compliance with Federal, state, local, etc., rules, regulations, and guidelines. Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, or related field. Master’s Degree highly preferred.
