Function as a Compensation Consultant by partnering with healthcare managers to develop strategic organizational structures, including re-organizations; develop and monitor metrics for organizational success and recommend improvements; perform forecasting/projections to identify future needs; partner/collaborate to determine the best job classification for positions; participate in collaboration with Employment Department; deliver user-friendly training in position description writing and compliance. Participate in departmental organizational improvement activities. Ensure compliance with Federal, state, local, etc., rules, regulations, and guidelines. Other duties as assigned.Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:
The successful candidate will possess and demonstrate skills, knowledge, and abilities which include the following: human resources knowledge, customer service orientation, collaboration, critical thinking, interpersonal communication skills, respect for diversity, problem solving, detail orientation, and excellent follow through.Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? :
