The University of Kentucky Addiction Consult and Education Service seeks a Clinical Social Worker (CSW).
Will work as part of a multidisciplinary care team caring for hospitalized patients with substance use disorders, providing case management services (including insurance prior authorizations and discharge transition planning specifically for substance use disorder treatment), psychosocial assessments, and brief counseling services.
The position may involve collection and maintenance of data for reporting. A successful applicant will have excellent communication and organizational skills and will perform integrated behavioral health care case management services via coordinated care with providers and staff.Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:
Case Management work. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft office, excel. Must be able to independently navigate electronic health record.Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? :
