Under general guidance and supervision of the Associate Director of Finance and Administration, the Administrative Program Coordinator provides administrative support to several faculty members of the Law School.  The position is responsible for scheduling and coordinating logistical arrangements for conferences, workshops and meetings, coordinating faculty members' calendars and travel arrangements; processing and tracking expenditures; compiling and distributing academic course materials, preparing reports and correspondence; maintaining student records and database files; and coordinating student exam schedules and seating charts. The position also serves as Receptionist, which includes greeting visitors; answering and directing calls, responding to emails, maintaining office equipment, ordering supplies, and performing other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/Equivalent and 2 years' clerical/administrative office experience.
