Pay Grade/Pay Range: 53 Hourly (non-exempt) - Minimum - $ 10.45 Midpoint - $ 13.58

Department/Organization: 204631 - Brewer Porch Children Center

Normal Work Schedule: Saturday and Sunday - 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Summary: The Mental Health Worker II has primary responsibility for Brewer Porch Children's Center client safety. This position is also responsible for the implementation of client treatment plans, and the supervision of Mental Health Workers.

Required Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of therapeutic, rehabilitative or behavior management experience; OR two years of college coursework in special education, psychology, social work, education, counseling, behavioral or social science, or communicative disorders and some therapeutic, rehabilitative or behavior management experience. Must successfully complete health screening after offer of employment has been made.

Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Must be able to perform crisis intervention techniques.
Must have valid U.S. driver's license. Must be at least 21 years of age at time of hire and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report as determined by the insurance carrier.
Final candidates who are not current Brewer-Porch Children's Center employees must submit to and successfully pass a post-offer drug screen.
