General Statement of JobTo expedite and support processes related to ACC business services for Adult Education (AE) by monitoring and facilitating the orderly flow of information including critical financial information and time-sensitive documents to internal and external stakeholders.Description of Duties and TasksEssential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Accounting and purchasing procedures. Data collection, verification, and compilation methods. Project and program planning and coordination. Customer service principles and practices.SkillsMust possess required skills and be able to explain and demonstrate, with or without reasonable accommodations, that the essential functions of the job can be performed. Maintaining an established work schedule. Interacting with diverse stakeholders using effective interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Maintaining confidentiality of work-related information and materials. Analytical, planning, organizational, and time management skills. ACC does not participate in Social Security. ACC participates in the Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS) and the Optional Retirement Program (ORP-Faculty Only).
