The Financial Analyst III will provide financial analysis for the college. This not only includes the Administrative area, but also the departments and centers within the college. Using the ability to prepare and analyze complex reports, this position will provide useful data and reports to help guide leadership decision-making for the college's operations. The incumbent will serve as a subject matter expert for areas such as commitments, state funding, annual budgets, fund balances, the general ledger, financial reporting, clinical funds flow, and annual surveys.

Duties & Responsibilities:- Prepare and provide financial data to assist with planning, preparation,monitoring and analysis
- Prepare financial and budget models for planning and operational needs
- Prepare financial and administrative reports
- Provide analysis for budget vs actual reports and variance analysis
- Process and reviewtransactions as needed
- Monitor fund balances inaccordance with approved annual budgets
- Serve as a subject matter expert in complex areas such as commitments, fundsflow, fund types, fund balances, or various models used within the college
- Generate reports and surveydata for accrediting organizations and other internal and external requests
- Perform special duties andprojects as assigned
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent advancedlearning attained through professional level experience AND Minimum of 5 yearsof relevant work experience is required.
Master’s degree in a related field.
