The Department of Radiology, at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, has an opening for a full-time night radiologist to provide Emergency and in-patient acute-care coverage. This is an opportunity to join a progressive department and institution, on a modern state-of-the-art medical campus. The work schedule (2:7 ratio) allows ample time for you to explore all that the beautiful state of Colorado has to offer. The desired individual would enjoy reading challenging cases and teaching residents, in an environment that supports clinical research. Comfortable interpreting Level 1 trauma, tertiary care neuroradiology, body radiology, and transplant imaging. DutiesA 7-person team provides night coverage (9 pm to 7 am) at University Hospital (tertiary care and level-2 trauma) and at Denver Health Medical Center (level-1 trauma), seven nights a week. Job Responsibilities: Interpretation of all emergent imaging studies performed. This will include, but is not limited to MR, CT, US, and CR/DR images. Duties also include resident supervision and education.Salary and Benefits:Salary is commensurate with skills and experience. The University of Colorado offers a full benefits package.
