Associate Vice President for Human Resources - #605120

Job description

NAU Human Resources is looking for a key member of the HR leadership team to support the departments mission and goals. This position reports directly to the Vice President/Chief Human Resources Officer and is responsible for overseeing multiple HR units including benefits, compensation, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR service teams. This individual establishes goals and manages operations for Human Resources to direct program changes and improve effectiveness.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources OR related field, AND
  • years of management or supervisory experience, AND
  • 8+ years of Human Resources experience.
  • An equivalent combination of experience, training, and/or education



Annual Salary: $95,500 - $125,000 depending on experience.
