Job Description: To assist the Development staff with daily office tasks and with occasional special events.

    Responsibilities Job Title must:

    1. Ensure that each student/customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every student/customer.
    2. Communicate effectively both written and oral. Responsibilities include scanning documents, answering phones, making copies, filing, data entry, mailings (labeling, folding, stuffing, etc.), and assisting staff with special projects Maintain orderly appearance of the work area. Ability to stay focused and understand prioritizing tasks, organized with attention to detail, and professional in appearance. Any other tasks as assigned.
    Required Qualifications
      Currently a Clayton State University student.Laker ID.Resume approved by Career Services. This is a requirement prior to applying for student positions.
    Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
    • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Good listening and communication skills
    • Customer service oriented
    • Accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Display honesty and integrity
