(Contingent upon available funding): 16.53 - 18.60, Hourly Work Schedule: Varies Faculty Appt Period: Job Summary: Under the direction of the I.T. Helpdesk/Desktop manager, the Desktop Support Specialist provides efficient and flexible desktop support services with a strong customer service commitment. The Desktop Support Specialist will provide second level of support to issues reported as well as desktop administration of computer systems and related peripherals, classroom technology support, and will provide Help Desk customer support. Specialist will be working in a clinical and academic environments.

-Be innovative Education & Experience Position Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or GED
- At lease two (2) years of computer support experience
- At least three (3) years computer support experience or 3 years computer support combined with education.
