The division comprises the offices of Enrollment Management, Financial Aid & Scholarships, University Registrar, and Undergraduate Admissions. The mission of the Office of Undergraduate Admissions is to support and achieve UCI student enrollment goals through practices consistent with the mission and values of the university. The Office seeks to identify, recruit, admit and enroll high-achieving, talented and accomplished students who reflect diverse backgrounds from throughout California, across the United States, and abroad. UCI welcomes students who will contribute to and celebrate the diversity of the campus, realize their potential to positively impact the community and world, and foster their own and the university's spirit of research and innovation.

The systems analyst role serves as the functional expert for the Technolutions Slate Client Resource Management system and is responsible for the setup, maintenance, reporting and integrity of undergraduate enrollment systems. Applies skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry-wide admissions process and analysis practices and organizational policies and procedures. Resolves a wide range of admissions process issues of moderate to complex scope. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques to obtain solutions.

Compensation Range: $62,400/year

Required:3-5 years of relevant work experience.Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training.Thorough Knowledge of related areas of IT.Strong skills and knowledge of methodologies associated with analysis of processes and problems, information flow and architecture.In-depth understanding and skill in process and systems requirement documentation standards, such as Use Case modeling, User Story creations and narrative description.Demonstrated ability to work with others from diverse backgrounds.Self-motivated and works independently and as part of a team.Able to learn effectively and meet deadlines.Demonstrates problem solving skills.Broad knowledge relating to software design.Demonstrated testing and test planning skills.Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization.Interpersonal and communications skills to work with both technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization. Preferred:Thorough knowledge of admissions and process analysis functions.Thorough knowledge of admissions processes and procedures.Demonstrated experience working with Technolutions Slate for application processing, evaluation, communication and data integrity.Intermediate SQL capability for database querying and reporting.Familiarity with University and campus-wide procedures. Special Conditions Required: Must pass a background check. Occasional/seasonal nights/weekends required. Employee is required to sign a confidentiality/conflict of interest disclosure.
