Assistant/Associate of Clinical Radiology Section of Body Imaging, Department of Radiology

The Division of Body Imaging in the Department of Radiology at UHealth, University of Miami Health System and the University of Miami Leonard Miller School of Medicine, is seeking fellowship-trained candidates for a full-time faculty position at the level of Assistant or Associate, Professor in the clinical educator track. The successful applicant will join eight fellowship trained body imagers interpreting images from multiple facilities including Jackson Memorial Hospital, a 1600-bed primary and tertiary care County hospital; and from the University of Miami Hospitals and Clinics. The Division of Body Imaging trains many radiology residents and medical students and offers a one year body imaging fellowship. There are multiple research opportunities available. Both junior faculty, as well as more senior candidates with an academic record commensurate with experience, will be considered. Responsibilities will include providing clinical imaging services, consultation, and conferences; teaching of medical students, residents, and fellows; and engagement in research. Participation in institutional committees and professional organizations is encouraged.

The potential candidate must have completed their radiology training and have passed the ABR core exam or be ABR certified as well as be eligible for a Florida unrestricted medical license. The ideal candidate for this position will have completed a fellowship in Body Imaging.
