The Senior Program Coordinator of Recreation Business Administration leads the Department as it relates to the data and employee management of full time, student and hourly operational staff such as Lifeguards, Fitness Instructors, Facility Attendants, and Member Services Attendants. This position will lead an important initiative to develop a consistent and meaningful employment experience that is focused on departmental education, professional development, and cohesion. In addition to ensuring the coordination of all necessary personnel actions, this position will also develop and implement a consistent onboarding and role evaluation process for Campus Recreation employees.Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a non-specified field of study.
- Minimum of two years of experience with program execution and management.
- Experience working with complex databases
- Experience working in a university setting
