Job Summary

Perform a variety of customer-centric tasks in support of the IT Help Desk.

1 position - Maricopa Campus - Maricopa, Arizona
1 position - San Tan Campus - San Tan Valley, Arizona
1 position - Signal Peak Campus - Coolidge, Arizona

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Greet and help walk in customers
  • Reset customer passwords
  • Check voicemail
  • Create WebHelp tickets
  • Unpack and setup equipment as needed
  • Other duties as assigned at basic/entry level type IT work including assisting technical staff

EDUCATION: Certification-or-demonstrated knowledge skills and abilities in specialized area EXPERIENCE: One (1) year of applicable experience and/or demonstrated ability in subject area. DESIRABLES: Experience in customer service of computer operations

SALARY: $16.58 per hour up to 19 hours per week
