Job Summary:

The Coordinator of Enrollment Operations functions as a key member of the team that manages Miami's customer relationship management system (CRM), serving in a first-tier training and support role to maximize accuracy and deliver an exceptional user experience across the Division of Enrollment Management and Student Success (EMSS).

Duties/Physical Demands:

● Provide outstanding and timely first-tier operational support across all modules in multiple Slate instances and in Banner’s Admission module to users with varying levels of technical skills. Responsible for tracking projects and communicating with stakeholders to ensure projects within Enrollment Operations are completed in a timely fashion. (30%)
● Update queries and reports as prescribed by Admission and Enrollment Operations leadership to achieve divisional objectives. (20%)
● Under the direction of the Senior Associate Director of Enrollment Operations, assist in the maintenance and improvement of applications/forms, checklists, review processes, decision releases, and confirmation processes. (10%)
● Create, update, and maintain written training documentation for all processes related to EO and Office of Admission business practices; present technical processes to staff in a clear, procedural manner. (10%)
● Assist in the maintenance of Slate, including adding or adjusting new academic programs once approved, keeping reports and report distributions lists up to date, providing faculty and staff with access to the system, preparing Slate for future entry terms. (10%)
● Serve as a secondary tester/analyst for Slate instance implementations and feature builds; assist with testing and management of Slate online student-facing pages as they relate to content display. (10%)
● Provide training and support to new EMSS staff in basic functions specific to their roles. Other duties as assigned. (10%)

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate’s degree and 5 years experience in a related field
Experience utilizing operations and/or systems-related functions

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with three years of experience in a related field
Two to four years of full-time, professional experience working in higher education, admission, operations, marketing/sales, or related field
Experience in Technolutions Slate or another Admission CRM
Familiarity with SQL and HTML

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Exceptionally high attention to detail
Experience working with relational databases, writing reports and/or queries using various tools
Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Google applications
