Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of patient care support staff (PCTs ORSTs PCAs PSAs). Services are provided to patients visitors and health-care staff twenty-four hours/day seven days/week.
- Manages all aspects of department’s services.
- Serves as the resource for information for employees and customers.
- Models team behaviors to frontline employees.
In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent.
Experience: 1-2 years experience.
Licensure: BLS certification required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Job requires frequently bending/stooping and driving (Home Health Aide only). Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull 20 – 50lbs and > 100lbs (Home Health Aide only). May be exposed to chemicals, blood/body fluids and infectious disease.
