Provide primary administrative support to Office of Medical Education leadership, course, and/or site directors to facilitate excellent delivery of M3 and M4 courses. Duties include but are not limited to: providing local support to schedule meetings, students, and instructors; draft correspondence; coordinate students’ rotation schedules, format course documents; reserve rooms; assist with QA process, order supplies, as needed. Work with campus leadership to ensure course compliance with LCME accreditation standards. Assist in planning, organizing and implementing courses and coordinating between Lexington and regional campus to ensure comparability of education. Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely curriculum related materials, including submission of syllabi and curriculum committee documents by deadlines. Assist in the organization and delivery of all aspects of course preparation, course delivery and course closing.Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:
Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer), Microsoft TeamsDoes this position have supervisory responsibilities? :
