Job Description

Coordinate and directs the development and operations of student programs, university recognized campus organizations and related activities.


  • Coordinate new student organization recognition processes.
  • Oversee hiring and onboarding process for any related student employees serving with student organizations. Act as timekeeper for all student involvement student employees.
  • Supervise approximately 45 student employees.
  • Coordinate departmental and organizational scholarship processes (Myers, Harvey, Blue Key fulfillment).
  • Manage website and ongoing digital communication including econnection and social media messaging.
  • Oversee/advise contracting processes for organization, department and other events as necessary.
  • Oversee student organization registration and compliance trainings.
Minimum Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in related/relevant area or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and at least one year of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications

    Experience in program/event managementExperience in higher education setting.Awareness of issues affecting students within higher education.
