Regular Full-time, Non-exempt, 3 Positions 

A Service operation that provides parking in support of academic, athletic, special events, and public service programs on the campus of The University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

The general purpose of the Senior Fee Control clerk is to manage parking areas by issuing permits, verify and revise of on-line computer records for citation violations issued by the  the university, posting and reconciling of on-line account payments. 



Qualifications
Qualifications: Education:  A high school diploma or equivalent; Driver license Experience: General clerical, computer skills and customer service experience.                     Cash handling experience and training in conflict resolution.  Job Skills: Basic computer operations for windows. Basic keyboarding (approx. 40                    wpm). Knowledge of Credit card validation machine. Knowledge of TDD                    machine to  communicate with hearing impaired customers. Preferred: Prefer 3 years in an office setting and some experience with a university setting. Cash handling and customer service experience.
