The Master of International Business Program (MIB) invites applications for a Managing Director position. Responsibilities include managing student services programming, monitoring and evaluating student services, developing and monitoring budgetary matters to support student recruiting and services, and assisting in the development of specialized international
business curriculum development and international partnership management to support Program educational objectives.

Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions)

Masters degree in Student Services or related field and 8 years related experience, or Bachelor’s degree and 10 years related experience. Experience working in a multicultural and/or international environment, fluency in one or more foreign languages.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in education or related field and experience in curriculum
management/development.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Knowledge of evaluation methods utilized in specialized curriculum areas. Knowledge of the principles and theories of student development and educational administration. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, parents, faculty, staff and the general public stakeholders. Ability to interpret rules and regulations governing the operation of educational programming within a state university. Ability to provide supportive counseling for a wide range of student problems and concerns. Ability to communicate effectively.
