Job Responsibilities

Provides program leadership, management, planning, and administration in the MCT department. Includes the operation and supervision of all MCT, MCA and MFG programs, faculty (FT and adjunct), and the promotional and marketing efforts related to this department. Includes coordination of scheduling classes, enrollment, instruction, advisement, recruiting, and retention of students, program marketing and the provision of services to the College and community in a professional manner. Includes curriculum and instructional development, assessment functions to include program learning outcomes and student learning outcomes.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

Faculty teaching associate degree courses not designed for transfer to the baccalaureate degree: bachelor's degree in the teaching discipline, or associate's degree and demonstrated competencies in the teaching discipline. And have two (2) years of progressively responsible related work/teaching experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Prefer teaching experience at the two-year college level and five (5) years of maintenance work related experience.
