Department Summary:

Enrollment Systems area provides strategic planning, development and operational oversight of enrollment systems and applications for the Division of Enrollment.

Position Overview:

This position performs analysis and design of both new and existing data and business processes that support Financial Aid operations and directives of the Division of Enrollment Management.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree with coursework in computing or information systems and three years of progressively responsible computer programming and analysis experience;
or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Intermediate knowledge of the methods and equipment used in electronic data processing, including system analysis and design, and computer programming techniques.
• Strong skill in writing programs for computer applications.
• Strong skill in analyzing and solving complex data processing and computing problems.
• Ability to coordinate a work team and train lower level programmers and analysts for specific tasks or assignments.
• Ability to communicate technical and other information to a variety of stakeholders.

M-F, 8am-5pm

Designs and develops system procedures for existing and proposed technology solutions.

o:

Analyzes production problems for a variety of complex situations and proposes solutions including detailed plans, diagrams, coding and testing of the solutions.

o:

Serves as a resource for resolving complex problems and issues involving business process operations and data.

o:

Produces contact information data sets based on necessary criteria.

o:

Develops communication templates and processes and oversees electronic distribution and automation of official communications from the Student Financial aid and Scholarships Office and the development of electronic web-based forms.
