Job Purpose:
To staff a variety of courses each semester. Adjunct faculty may instruct one or more courses or labs each semester on an “as needed” basis.


Essential Duties:
Adjunct faculty are expected to teach a specified course(s); prepare course materials; provide support and guidance to students; and report grades.

Additional Skills Required:


Minimum Education Requirements:
A Master’s Degree in Asian Studies or a related discipline.

Preferred Education:
ABD or Ph.D. in Asian Studies or a related discipline.

Minimum Job Experience Requirements:
Previous teaching experience and a willingness to be flexible in class scheduling.
