This support position is responsible for Downloading for Transfer of all relevant Data (Test Scores, Transcripts, Applications, etc.) .

Manage the Inventory Log for Admissions. Hardware/Software and the Help Desk for the Admissions Department. Payment Reconciliation, Trouble Shooting, Duties, Tasks, Job Assignments, and Reporting.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required for this Position

Computer proficiency, organizational skills, report generation and analysis skills, and attention to detail are critical in this position.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduation from high school and one year in the field of technology related to the positions’ role. Computer coursework may be substituted year for year for the required experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Two-year computer science or data-related degree, or 3-5 years experience in data-driven environment.
