This research position is for a stem cell laboratory working with non-human and human pluripotent stem cells. This position requires extensive work in deriving induced pluripotent stem cells, culturing pluripotent stem cells, and differentiating pluripotent stem cells into spermatogenic lineages. Additionally this position will work in biochemical, genetic, and epigenetic assays to validate pluripotency and proper differentiation. The position involves occasional work during weekends or off-hours depending on the project and the schedule of the experiments. Additionally this position will entail ordering supplies through UGAmart and driving to the different labs/field to pick samples.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or CompetenciesPhysical Demands
