Position Description:
The Litigation Fellowship is a one-year contract position with the possibility of extension designed for recent graduates who are interested in preparing for a career in human rights litigation.

The Fellow will help supervise and work with students in the Human Rights Litigation Clinic, handle cases and other matters pending for the clinic, including taking depositions and arguing motions, and coordinate activities of the Promise Institute for Human Rights such as speakers related to litigation efforts, policy efforts led by other staff at the Institute, and advocacy on behalf of clients. The Fellow will be supervised by the clinic director and this position is designed to give a recent graduate litigation experience.

Previous litigation experience is not required.
