  • Position Description:

    The International Programs Coordinator will assist with strategic development, goals and objectives for international initiatives at The Center for International Studies and Programs (CISP). This involves implementing UT Explorers, Hospitality Program, International Welcome Week, International Graduation, International Education Week, Specialty Programs, etc. The International Programs Coordinator will also develop marketing and communication plans and public relations strategies to promote the international initiatives both on campus and in the community. This includes write press releases, create marketing materials, maintain CISP websites, utilize social media and other media communications methods to promote international initiatives and strengthen the overall profile of CISP.



    • Bachelor’s degree concentration in Marketing or related field.
    • 3 years of experience with programming; project coordination including scheduling, promotion and implementation; public relations; video creation and graphics design materials such as brochures, presentations and digital media and maintaining websites.
    Communication and other skills:

      Effective management of complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.Demonstrated excellent writing and communication ability (in both the written and verbal form)Demonstrated ability to work with multiple assignments under deadlines.Ability to work efficiently, effectively and independently.Valid U.S. Driver’s License.

    Working Conditions:Works in a professional office environment with occasional high stress levels. Travel outside of typical hours may be required. Some evening and weekend commitments will be a necessary requirement of this position.
