The Center for Bilingual Studies (CBS) is seeking a Graduate Research Assistant (GRA) that will work along the Director and/or research team on ongoing research projects on the benefits of dual language programs (bilingual education) in the K-12 system in the Rio Grande Valley. Experience in data entry and statistics is preferred. Responsibilities include data collection, input, and analysis of large data sets obtained through the Institutional Review Boards (IRB) process. GRA will also assist with IRB applications.

Discipline Specific Required Qualifications

Research knowledge on bilingual education, dual language programs, K-12 school system, and/or data collection.

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
