Position Summary

The individual is responsible for coordinating and conducting applied research on crop management practices of vegetables. Duties of this position include designing and developing research protocols, conducting greenhouse, field and lab experiments for management of vegetables, maintaining field research plots, field preparation, application of fertilizers and pesticides, and harvesting and collecting data. Other job duties include purchasing and keeping records of lab supplies.

Design and conduct field experiments for management of vegetable crops including developing research protocols, maintaining field research plots, field preparation, application of fertilizers and pesticides, harvest, and collecting data.
