Logistics Coordinator- University Housing Limited Duration Appointment University Housing at the University of Tennessee,Knoxville, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to coordinate isolation/quarantinehousing for residential facilities on and off campus. The principle duties are as follows:· Develop and maintain records of students in on-and off-campus isolation/quarantine spaces
· Work directly with off-campus properties tocoordinate logistics of assigning and supporting students inisolation/quarantine spaces
· Develop and submit reports related toresidential students self-isolating
· Manage and monitor status ofisolation/quarantine spaces
· Serve as the primary liaison between UniversityHousing and off-campus housing/hotel properties
· Coordinate messaging to students in isolation/quarantinespaces
· Work directly with campus partners to coordinatelogistics related to students in need of self-isolation
· Work directly with University contact tracingand surveillance testing teams
· Assist in coordination and delivery of servicesfor students in self-isolation
· Serve as emergency contact for off-campusproperties
· Serve in an on-call capacity to assign,coordinate logistics, and support students in isolation/quarantine spaces
Qualifications
Qualifications: Education:Bachelor’s degree Experience:Previous experience working in a direct student support role with on-call duties in housing and residence life at a college and/or university Job Skills:Ability to manage multiple priorities; knowledge of Microsoft Office programs; strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with diverse groups of people; strong organizational skills; ability to complete tasks by stated deadlines; data management and complex reporting skills; customer service skills
