Job Description:

The Department of Marketing and Management at York College of Pennsylvania is pleased to invite applications for Adjuncts to teach undergraduate and gradate classes in Marketing or Integrated Marketing Communication.

York College is a teaching-focused institution. Adjunct faculty are required to hold regular office hours and to attend all meetings relevant to the position.

Requirements:

A successful candidate will have a master's degree in Business from an accredited (e.g., AACSB, ACBSP, EQUIS) institution and, through a combination of education and experience, possess expertise in Marketing and / or Public Relations. Preference will be given to candidates with a Ph.D. or D.B.A. (or ABD).

Preference will be given to candidates with five years of relevant industry experience, at least two years of teaching experience in a higher educational setting, and any HyFlex delivery experience. Candidates must be willing and able to teach in the classroom for at least part of the semester.
