Coordinates with the Office of Admissions, academic support organizations, and high school personnel for recruitment and selection; Hires, orientates, and trains employees; Publicizes the program through meetings with campus agencies; Works with FSU Division of Undergraduate Studies and Division of Student Affairs to coordinate faculty/staff participation in the project; Establishes confidential student database files using BLUMEN

Maintains membership in TRIO organizations; participates in appropriate meetings and trainings; Exercises supervisory authority for program effective and efficient operationQualifications Master's degree; or Bachelor's degree and two years of experience; or a high diploma/equivalency and six years of experience.

Ability to prepare and monitor budget information.

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Ability to develop and implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

A valid Florida or Georgia Driver's LicensePay Plan This is an A&P (Administrative and Professional) position.Soft Money Funded Position This is a soft money funded position, with renewal based on available funds and the needs of the University.Criminal Background Check This position requires successful completion of a criminal history background check.
