This is a full-time position anticipated for one year. The Postdoctoral Scholar will contribute to multidisciplinary research on the mechanisms and trajectories linking personality traits to cognitive aging and risk of Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. The successful candidate is expected to work primarily on secondary data analyses of longitudinal data and write manuscripts and grant applications.
The postdoc will work with Dr. Antonio Terracciano, Dr. Angelina Sutin, and other members of the Laboratory of Personality and Cognition across the Lifespan.Qualifications PhD in Psychology, Gerontology, Human Development, or related field.
•Advanced statistical skills.
•Experience with large datasets.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Preferred •Expertise with multilevel modeling, survival analyses, mediation models, and/or meta-analysis.
•Background in the areas of health, aging, dementia, and/or personality.
