Serves as liaison between ITS customers and service providers, participant on policy and best practices development and procedures. Coordinate and translate needs and requirements into achievable and realistic long-term IT goals and strategies.

Responsible for implementation and documentation of ITS supported services for Windows and Macintosh workstation administration. Participate on policy and best practices development and procedures. Responsible for troubleshooting and fixing Windows and Macintosh users related needs. Consults with departments on needs and requirements including support, implementation and maintenance of these services and subsystems.

Serves as a principle point of contact to answer inquiries and serves as liaison between end users and the appropriate Information Technology Services (ITS) area or University department able to provide problem resolution, within defined turnaround time.

Configures Installs, maintains, troubleshoots, or modifies computer hardware, multimedia equipment, and related devices. Initiates routine diagnostics to determine cause of equipment failure and follows standard procedures for problem resolution. Installs and customizes application software.

Trains users and IT professionals on complex computer functions, software, or multimedia equipment to facilitate and enhance their work experience.

Performs other duties as assigned. A State vehicle, golf cart, or utility vehicle will be used to reach site premises. A valid driver's license will be needed in order to operate vehicle.

Performs duties in compliance with ITS policies, guidelines, and processes pertaining to support requests, work orders, project management, change management, and incident management. Appropriately utilizes associated tools in accordance with ITS standards.Qualifications Bachelor's degree or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to four years.

A Valid Florida or Georgia Driver's License or the ability to obtain one.

Knowledge or experience with End-user support.

Knowledge or experience with MacOS and Windows support.

Knowledge or experience with basic network troubleshooting.

Scripting experience.

Knowledge or experience with directory services management.

Ability to demonstrate effective customer service skills.

Ability to convey technical information to technical and non-technical users.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously.Preferred Advanced Mac OS management tools experience.

PowerShell or comparable Scripting experience.

Azure Active Directory knowledge.

Microsoft 365 troubleshooting experience.

Technical Writing/F.A.Q. development experience.
