- Schedule appointments and maintain Director’s correspondence and calendar.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, plan logistics, and submit expense reports.
- Screen incoming phone calls, inquiries, visitors, and correspondence, and route accordingly.
- Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
- Work with a team to help manage complex office administrative work requiring the use of independent judgment and initiative.
- Other administrative and non-financial fiscal duties as assigned.

Position will be housed in Innovation Park and may require on-campus runs.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and one year of experience or experience equal to five years in administrative support functions

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), and Adobe Acrobat.

Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.Preferred Extensive experience and proven track record in an executive support role.Contact Info Contact: Nicole Patton-Terry, Director FCRR
