Perform routine quality checks on marketing materials and signage in locations; Assist Auxiliary Services in several tabling events and activities on campus including: Student Employment Recruitment, Meal Plan Promotion, Special Events Special product promotion or awareness campaigns.

Serve as a leader on the summer Ambassador team; Submit quality assurance reports on Auxiliary functions including buses, dining, etc.

Support the Auxiliary Services Marketing team in the promotion of meal plan sales, student employment recruitment, special events, and various activities throughout the academic year. Serve as a leader on the summer Auxiliary Ambassador Team focused on communicating with parents and incoming students on the benefits of enrolling in the meal plan, using campus transit, understanding parking, and bringing awareness to additional auxiliary units.
