Responsible for day to day management of the OYT office. Maintains a positive work environment and ensures the office is providing excellent customer service. Ensures the needs of the faculty, staff and students are met. Ensures that all areas are utilizing best practices for efficiency and budget conscious management. Promotes the mission and vision of the OYT office. Assists the Director, Assistant Director and Budget Manager as needed.

Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions)

Bachelor’s degree, or high school diploma and 4 years work experience that is directly related to the area of employment; or equivalency.

Preferred Qualifications

Prefer experience with PeopleSoft and experience as the first point of contact in a professional office setting.


Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office. Knowledge of general office practices and procedures. Detail oriented and has the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with frequent interruptions. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Projects a professional impression to all faculty, staff and students and provides excellent customer service.
