A Research Assistant position in translational cancer research is available in the Wang laboratory, Department of Radiation Oncology, Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center, University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. Our lab’s research combines advances from engineering sciences with cancer biology to develop novel diagnostics and therapeutics. We are looking for highly motivated and productive individuals.

Education and Experience

REQUIRED:
Demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work.

PREFERRED:
The selected candidate should have prior laboratory research (related to medical research) experience. Past experience with mouse studies would be a plus. Undergraduate degree in Biology, Biochemistry, chemistry or biomedical engineering is preferred.
