Physical Requirements

The physical requirements of this position include sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time and performing tasks with repetitive motions (such as typing); occasionally standing or walking with objects weighing up to 25 lbs.; and occasionally lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects weighing up to or over 50 lbs. Some job-related travel may also be involved (10-50% of the time).

Shift

The shift for this position is Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.

Job Summary

This position will provide clinical supervision of the Wound Care Clinic. The Nurse Clinic Manager is primarily responsible for the quality of patient care and outcomes management.

Duties in support of this include educating patients and families on patient health and disease state and providing the highest level of nursing assessment and integration of data collected related to the health status of a patient; demonstrating a strong commitment to patient advocacy; working in conjunction with physicians and other healthcare providers to routinely review protocols and policies of clinic; and providing clinical staff support and coverage for all positions.

The individual in this position must be able to demonstrate exceptional communication skills and a high regard for accuracy and detail.

BSN, at least one year of RN experience preferred.
