Job Summary

The Kentucky Injury Prevention & Research Center is currently seeking an Educational Service Assistant Senior.
Basic responsibilities include reaching out to substance use disorder (SUD) treatment facilities to encourage facility participation in; recruiting new SUD treatment facilities and training SUD treatment staff to maintain and update their facility listing on; engaging in in-service and webinar website training as needed; addressing minor technical issues for facilities; responding to website questions; assisting with additional office tasked as needed; assisting in the implementation and development of a state-to-state learning network related to; and providing technical assistance to interested stakeholders as needed.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Basic or intermediate use of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Powerpoint.

Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? NoPreferred Education/Experience

Basic understanding of the disease of substance use disorders and acceptance of vulnerable populations preferred.

Driver’s license preferred.
