Job Responsibilities

As College Registrar, maintains the integrity of academic grading/computing system and awarding of academic credit leading to students fulfilling the requirements for associate degrees, diplomas, and certificates; ensures academic policies on student grades, academic credit, registration, security of records, FERPA & graduation are followed; provides overall coordination of the transcript review and awarding transfer credit; maintains appropriate college software and information systems and provides required training to all constituents; oversees Student Records office and operations including supervision of Student Records staff.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

A master's degree; and one (1) years experience in student services programs is required.

Preferred Qualifications

One year experience in a field related to Records Office functions, office management, records management or other related field preferred. Previous supervisory experience beneficial. Knowledge of Banner software and Microsoft products is preferred.
