Department Summary:

Enrollment Systems area provides strategic planning and operational oversight of enrollment systems and applications for the Division of Enrollment.

Position Overview:

This position primarily supports the business processes of the Office of Admissions as it pertains to recruitment data management, communications, and the directives of the Division of Enrollment. As a member of the group responsible for providing business analysis, configuration, coordination, training, support and testing services in support of the CRM (Constituent Relationship Management) system implemented to enhance student success initiatives, this role serves as a liaison for new initiatives, and actively engages in problem solving issues related to recruitment data.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in related field and three years of work experience in computing, information systems, or related field; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to design, code, test and install complex computer programs based on technical specifications using standard development tools.
• Proficient understanding of relational database, client-server concepts, and computer programming, and understanding of all phases of the application
development lifecycle.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel).
• Certifications in supported technologies.
• Excellent organization, teamwork, problem-solving, and communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Ability to work well with people in all levels of the organization.

Support of business processes for Admissions recruitment managment and admissions communications and the directives of the Division of Enrollment

Develops and supports functional process modules for the areas of Enrollment Systems support

Serves as a liason for new initiaives, problems and issues involving recruiting and communications processing and data

Provide reporting against CRM data and serve as a resource for user self service reporting.

Supports Admissions communication needs (template and campaign building, Target X emails, bulk mail sending)

Assist with application setup and configuration.
