Job Details
The Julis-Rabinowitz Center for Public Policy and Finance (JRCPPF) at the School of Public and International Affairs (SPIA) at Princeton University seeks candidates for a postdoctoral research associate starting September 1, 2021.The primary criterion is the quality of the applicant's research on the linkages between finance and macroeconomics broadly. The candidate's work may use empirical or theoretical methods to address important policy questions. The position provides an outstanding opportunity for independent research as well as opportunities for collaboration with Princeton faculty, graduate and undergraduate students. There are no teaching obligations. Postdoctoral Research Associates are expected to participate actively in the intellectual activities of Princeton University. Applicants must have received a Ph.D., preferably within the last 2 years (or expected by September 2021). This is a 12-month term appointment with the possibility of renewal contingent on satisfactory performance and funding.We are interested in receiving applications from members of groups that have been historically underrepresented in economics and finance.
