Saturday and Sunday 11am – 3pm, occasionally Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm

Pay Rate23.00 - 24.00Minimum Experience/Education

Licensed as a registered nurse in the state of North Carolina or other compact state.

Departmental Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education:

Nursing experience in an ambulatory medical practice especially college health clinics

Three years of experience providing direct nursing care a Registered Nurse

Duties and Responsibilities

Cover nurse staffing needs within the various clinics at the Student Health Center.
Work with medical providers to manage patient schedule performing patient intakes including vital signs, administering treatments and assisting with procedures.

Other Work/Responsibilities

Perform patient triage in person and by phone.

Necessary Licenses or Certifications

Licensed as a registered nurse in the state of North Carolina or other compact state.
