Assists with Game Operations/Facilities of Athletic Department.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required for this Position

*Provide assistance with the set-up, operation and breakdown of the department’s events
*Work closely with internal and external constituencies to coordinate home athletics contests
*Contact visiting college, universities and officials to assist with their travel
*Serve as primary game day and practice operations contact of sports as assigned by Associate Athletic Director – Assist with all other sports
*Scheduling of athletic facilities as assigned
*Oversee all Apprentice and Intern assigned to Game Operations and Facilities Department.
*Oversee assigned Facility maintenance projects
*Work within budget on each project and make decisions based on financials
*Assist with policies and procedures associated with each assigned facility

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
