Coordinates STEM academic support workshops, with an emphasis on math preparation and success. Coordinates all math remediation testing and workshops for students during the Summer Bridge Program, including developing and maintaining math group tutoring workshops to ensure students began fall term at college-level math.

Management of CARE Academic Improvement Plan model, to include coordination of tutoring schedules, supplemental education workshops, and academic support activities for students on academic probation currently enrolled at basic division students.

Manages work-study, OPS (part-time), and shift leader staff, including monitoring tutor progress/completion towards CRLA certification. Maintains technology resources within the CARE Tutoring & Computer Lab, including digital signage.

Development and coordination of academic support workshops and tutoring for upper-division students in danger of academic dismissal to ensure timely graduation of first-generation college students, including one-on-one advising/consultations. Creates and updates CARE Tutoring & Computer Lab subject-based tutoring and tutor tracking academic support reports for administration.

Collection and organization of students' mid-semester progress reports, and development of academic support plans based on faculty feedback and recommendations.

Provides one-on-one academic consultations to students to increase their potential to remain enrolled and graduate in a timely manner.Qualifications Bachelor's degree and two years' experience or high school diploma/equivalent and six years' experience

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

Ability to interpret academic program requirements and provide advice.

Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.

Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously.
