This position will be located in Stillwater Oklahoma

Job Summary:

The administrative assistant will provide support for the Director ofSports Medicine and Human Performance. This position will assist in the day today activities that relate to the medical care of athletes on the Stillwatercampus. The applicant will coordinate care for athletes including COVIDtesting, physicals and other medical needs. Applicant will work with the sports medicine physicians and athletictraining staff to help meet the medical needs of the athletic department. Applicant will be trained to use EPIC forscheduling and medical record keeping. Applicant will report to the Director of Sports Medicine and HumanPerformance and the Senior Associate Dean of Academic Affairs who will beresponsible for assigning other duties.

Ability to lift and carry 8-10 pounds, stoop, reach, stand, walk, grasp,feel, talk, hear, see, and perform repetitive motions with or withoutreasonable accommodations.

Education & Experience

Position Qualifications:

Required:- Two (2) years of college or technical training or equivalent experience- At least six (6) months to one (1) year of experience working in an office setting- Driver's licenseSkills, Proficiencies, and Knowledge:
Proficient use of computer is required for data entry, and e-mail communication. Must be detail oriented, self-motivated, able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously, have excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills, and must be able to maintain confidentiality. Preferred:- Bachelor's degree- Experience in hospitality or events management- Two (2) to three (3) years related experience with increasingly greater levels of responsibility in administrative support or project management
